There is one month advance charges to be applicable if need to move to other service provider before the commitment period ends.

It is a timing for DATA using internet services to control violence crunching of internet traffic. PEAK means from 8:00 AM TO 9:00 PM  and OFF PEAK means 9:00 PM TO 8:00 Am. Peak and off peak plan users have data limit in terms of peak and off peak time.

Also ICONNECT can provide or set up HOME  WIFI system ( client need to buy wireless router and any related product ) on affordable cost to connect your wireless device to multiple devices  so you can be flexible to use your home internet anywhere around your home.

Installation charges depends upon location. however we have flexible installation charges according to the plans and length of your service commitment. we completely understand our clients and we really valued our clients by refunding their installation charge  when you renew your contracts after 12 months. kindly please talk to our customer representative to understand in more details. conditions  apply.

ICONNECT always trying to maintain Ratio about broadband as per Telecom standard but it is our responsibility to provide our client a complete information about the broadband ratio (1:8).

Every ISP using “UP TO” word. Because  as per broadband terms, service provider never committed speed ratio in broadband and also client cannot claim anything about it because it is completely depends on ISP server and router traffic, your area node traffic and 50% your system due to registry or maintenance issues.

Client need to understand that ISP gives you high speed access but if traffic increase at any point , your internet speed will automatically share and there is no commitment in speed.
